Nextera supports desktop or laptop devices with the supported hardware requirements listed below. If a device doesn’t meet these requirements, it is not supported or tested by us.

Additional Notes

  • 4th generation and lower iPads are not supported.

Operating Systems

Unsupported OS versions may be capable of running TDS, but are not validated or supported by Nextera. Supported operating systems are updated as required based on vendor or testing requirements. All operating systems listed have passed Nextera’s testing process.

To minimize potential issues that could arise, our recommendation is to limit operating system updates prior to our QA completing validation and also prior to test window openings, and during testing.
