  • Questar does not recommend making an OS upgrade/update within 30 days of a testing window.

  • Intel Core 2 Duo 1.6 Ghz equivalent or higher CPU

System Memory

  • Minimum 512MB RAM
  • Recommended 2GB RAM with 1GB free RAM
  • Minimum 1GB free storage space

  • Minimum General Requirement: 802.11g Wireless 54Mbps or greater | 100 Mbps LAN for desktops
  • Minimum available LAN bandwidth at each workstation: 1Mbps
  • Recommended General Settings: 802.11n Wireless 150 Mbps or higher | 1 Gbps LAN for desktops
  • Recommended available LAN bandwidth at each workstation: 2 Mbps

Internet Speed

  • Minimum per device: 150 Kbps
  • Recommended: 300 Kbps
Chromebook and Tablet Requirements

Currently, the only touchscreen interaction supported within Nextera is on iPad. Any other system that has a touchscreen input would require the use of a mouse or keyboard touchpad to support mouse interactions.

  • Windows OS support is dictated by the device. Questar supports devices that can run Windows 7, 8.1 and 10
  • Windows 10S is not supported.

  • iPad/Windows: 1.0 Ghz dual core + (or equivalent)
