Nextera supports desktop or laptop devices with the supported hardware requirements listed below. If a device doesn’t meet these requirements, it is not supported or tested by us.

Nextera supports touchscreen devices with the supported hardware requirements listed below. If a device doesn’t meet these requirements, it is not supported or tested by us.

Additional Notes
  • Chromebooks must be supported by Google Auto-Updates.

  • 4th generation and lower iPads are not supported.
  • iPad Air 1st generation is not supported.

Operating Systems

Unsupported OS versions may be capable of running TDS, but are not validated or supported by Questar. Supported operating systems are updated as required based on vendor or testing requirements. All operating systems listed have passed Questar’s testing process.

We know about the new iOS, MacOS, and Mac hardware coming out in Fall 2020 and will begin support after testing.

We recommend not making any OS upgrades or updates within 30 days of a testing window.
