The SSSMART Diagnostic Test and the SSSMART Survey Test can be scored by Questar’s Scoring Services Department. Questar will scan, score, and report test results within 15 business days. Various score reports are available.
Reports included in the Basic Reporting Package for both the SSSMART Diagnostic Test and the SSSMART Survey Test are:

- Grade Diagnostic Reports
- School Diagnostic Reports
- District Diagnostic Reports
In addition to this basic report package, optional reports may be ordered for an additional fee. These include:
- Narrative Letter to Parents
- Class Grouping Reports by Content Area (Diagnostic Test Only)

A unique feature of our Individual Student Diagnostic Report is the customized Action Plan. Action Plans offer specific recommendations for instruction that will help a student improve his or her content area reading skills and ability to learn in the upper elementary grades, middle school, high school, and beyond.
