Over the years, Questar Assessment personnel have developed control and monitoring procedures to ensure that materials are accurately assembled, packaged, and delivered within the time schedule necessary for the successful completion of the project and according to the specified administration deadline. Our systems provide for computer-controlled distribution, inventory, collection, document scanning, and storage.

The volume of materials typically produced for statewide testing programs involves distribution and collection activities that are challenging in terms of management and control. On large-scale projects, Questar Assessment integrates the materials production, packaging, and assembly processes to avoid unnecessary handling of materials. Requirements are analyzed in advance to anticipate appropriate packaging sizes so that materials can be assembled into the most efficient groupings as they are produced. The assembly process also frequently includes tasks such as spiraling multiple forms of a test and shrink-wrapping them to produce class packs.
