Mark Budde is the Vice President of Operations for Questar Assessment, Inc.
He has nearly 20 years of operations experience in both the manufacturing and production environments.
Mr. Budde’s primary areas of responsibility include the distribution and collection of test materials, document control, material processing, scanning and editing operations, and warehousing. He has coordinated the distribution, collection, and processing for statewide assessment projects in Arkansas, Connecticut, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Virginia.
Prior to joining Questar, Mr. Budde worked in operations at the manager and director levels in the gift and publishing industries, where his duties included overseeing purchasing and print buying, production and assembly, fulfillment and distribution, information technology, and facilities.
Mr. Budde earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology with a concentration in Graphic Communications Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
