Ms. Straley has been with Questar for 24 years, running operations, information technology, and program management at various times in her career. 

She is an active member of the American Society for Quality and keeps up with best practices and current quality metrics. 

Linda is a Ph.D. Candidate in Educational Psychology and Statistics at the State University of New York, Albany, New York.  She earned her Master of Science in Educational Psychology and Statistics at the State University of New York, Albany, New York, and received a Bachelor of Art degree in Education from Bethany College.
