Roy Lipner is the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board of Questar Assessment, Inc.
He is responsible for setting the company’s strategy and vision, overseeing all operations and capitol allocation.
Mr. Lipner is nationally recognized in a number of areas in assessment and education, including adult continuing education and professional development testing and programs.
Previously, he was President and Chief Executive Officer at Kaplan Professional Publishing & Education, overseeing testing, test preparation, adult continuing education products, professional certification and pre-licensing services. He also served as Chief Operating Officer for the Kaplan Financial business unit.
Before joining Kaplan, Mr. Lipner was Vice President and General Manager of National Computer Systems' workforce development group, which created, introduced and implemented interactive testing and employee recruiting using web-based technology. He also held senior international management positions overseeing technology systems at Canon, Inc. and Bell & Howell.
He earned his Master's in Business Administration in Marketing/Management from Nova Southeastern University and his Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Management from Florida International University.
