Donald Hughes is a Managing Member and Chief Financial Officer of
Camden Partners and serves on the Board of Directors for Questar.
He joined Camden Partners in 1997. He has over 20 years of experience working with and advising small public and private companies. He serves as a resource to portfolio companies in the areas of accounting, financial reporting, information systems and recruiting, among others.
In addition to Questar, Mr. Hughes serves or has served on the boards of Occupational Health + Rehabilitation Inc., AgilQuest, Inc. and
New Horizons Worldwide, Inc., all of which are Camden Partners' portfolio companies.
Previously, Mr. Hughes served as the Chief Financial Officer of Capstone Pharmacy Services, Inc., a public, small-cap institutional pharmacy services provider. He also spent 12 years as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Broventure Company, Inc., a closely-held investment company and family office, and 11 years in the audit division of Arthur Andersen LLP.
Mr. Hughes has served on the boards of several public and private growth companies as well as several not-for-profit groups.
He earned a B.A. degree from Lycoming College, an M.S.F. degree from Loyola College in Maryland and is a Certified Public Accountant.
