In this role, Mueller will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and performing statistical and psychometric analyses for Questar’s research projects.

Most recently, Dr. Mueller served as a Psychometrician at Pearson, where she was responsible for consulting with state departments of education on standard setting, field-test items, form development, and conducting complex statistical analysis. Previously, Dr. Mueller held the position of Program Manager and Psychometrician for Applied Measurement Professionals where she managed multiple programs and provided psychometric assistance to these clients in developing certification assessments. She also served in district and state assessment positions including Director of Assessment and Evaluation for Salina Public Schools in Salina, Kansas and NAEP Coordinator for the State of Kansas.
Dr. Mueller earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and both her Master of Arts degree in Mathematics and Ph.D. in Education Psychology from the University of Kansas.
