Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to work as part of our Program Management team.
 
Summary:
The Project Coordinator works with Program Managers to coordinate activities between our clients and our internal staff.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Works with a client-focused team to communicate ongoing objectives
  • Escalates/resolves issues
  • Manages special projects
  • Coordinates project schedules
  • Prepares status reports, communications, and project documentation
  • Prepares instructional manuals and workshop materials
  • Some travel may be required

Required Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidate will have a 4-year or advanced degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Strong detail orientation
  • Exceptional client management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Word (familiarity with MS Project is a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and clients simultaneously
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • High level of initiative
  • High level of adaptability (dealing with multiple demands for resources, change, ambiguity, client deadlines)
